David L. Papp is the Founder and CEO of Agents Republic. In 2008 he founded and led CloudAgents (also known as Comforce), the first home-based contact center in Europe, from startup to a multinational company, which was sold to strategic investors in 2018. Prior to CloudAgents, David was a director at Teleperformance. He received his business degree from Paris West University Nanterre La Defense. David is also member and former president of JCI Senate, member of Mensa International and YPO. In his free time, he enjoys golf and aviation activities.
Sissi Wang, Agents Republic’s Chief People Officer, brings 16 years of global business and organizational development experience, previously holding senior HR executive roles at Joey Restaurants Group, IBM, and Novartis. She’s led diverse teams across five continents across seven industries, from startups to large corporations. Sissi holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Hult International Business School. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, dancing Tango and Salsa, and nature painting.
Adam is VP Sales at Agents Republic. He has 12+ years global business experience in US, Europe and Asia. Previously he worked at JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI) and Siemens Venture Capital. Adam is a graduate of Yale School of Management and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (with exchange at UPenn – Wharton). He has an extensive global network, and is a member of several global organizations. Adam is an avid sports fan and ex-alpine ski racer. In his free time he enjoys practicing Chinese.
Jordan is Operations Manager at Agents Republic. He has 25 years of operations leadership experience in various industries, including telecommunications and hospitality. Project management expertise across multiple business sectors. Proven track record with executing customer service excellence

Anne is the member of the supervisor team at Agents Republic. She has more than 13 years experience contact center outsourcing mainly handling technical support and customer service accounts. She is experienced in sales, training, quality assurance and operations. During her career she represented top brands such as AT&T, Bell Canada, Microsoft, and Bose Corporation. Anne studied marketing management at the De La Salle University of Manila. She is based in the Philippines with her family and their three dogs.
Gabor is the Director of Finance with 13 years of comprehensive experience covering areas such as accounting, controlling management, management and development of financial systems. He spent 5 years as a financial management consultant, working with companies in diverse industries. He graduated from Budapest Business School with concentration in finance and accounting. Outside of work he is an active team player in multiple sports, in particular his favorite which is soccer.
